I pretty much follow the general guideline of building relationships during first year and focusing on SPD and WIT thereafter, racing on as many G1s I can if the schedule allows for it.
I feel like Concentration/Focus and Swinging Maestro/Corner Recovery are obligatory skills, always take them.
I am by no means an expert; my current deck could be definitely improved, but 3 SPD/2 WIT/1 STA never failed me with Suzuka. In fact I don't think I've ever failed her career at all, URA Finals included. Once you get the hang of it it becomes brain-dead easy.
