I know how to use EGOs, the game has a tutorial where it lets you borrow a fancier one then teaches how corrosion works. I've mostly been using them to win clashes though, since the default ones sometimes feel weaker than the regular attacks on the 000 IDs I have. That said, I'll probably go for the Walpurgis. I want IDs more than I do EGOs right now. No idea if that's the right decision, but I'm sure I'll figure it out eventually.
