I'm a Sonic fan, so yes. There's like an entire portion of the fandom that actively draws the Sonic character as trans kids and make fanfiction of them trooning out by being groomed by writer/artist's trans OCs.
No I'm not joking or exaggerating. It's actually flabbergasting how open some of these people are about their pedophilia and yet they don't get nearly as much flak as they should. There was one set of comic strips where Tails is forced to transition by Knuckles and Sonic and it's shown to be funny and a good thing that he has his balls forcefully removed.
