Been getting into manga this year, slowly and at a fairly late age. I was wondering if I could get a few suggestions from you guys.

I mostly enjoy moody seinen stuff (like Kino no Tabi, Cosette no Shouzou or pic related) from the late 90s-early naughties, but I don't consign myself to it. I also liked series as disparate as Excel Saga and Shouwa Genroku Rakugo Shinjuu.
