Why does someone else's confidence bother you so much? She feels good about herself, that’s not a threat, that’s called growth.

If your first reaction is to mock someone for being trans or fat, you're not edgy, you're just insecure. You don't have to like the pic. You don't have to validate it. But you do have to live with the fact that people are learning to love themselves without your approval.

Get over it. Let people exist. Or stay mad. Either way, she wins.
