Again, the fortress was built by the people who lived there. They also were the ones who drew all the murals. Why would they draw Ireontomb or even know who it is or what it looked like?
It's "alien" because of Seliose's dual nature and she was supposed to reconcile two eternally warring factions of sun and rain which are represented by light and dark parts.
