Obvious salt aside, I still think it losing the extra second hurts more than people think it does

I'd have been fine with the purify costs mana change, but my ass is already that far behind because of ping that it's now functionally impossible to not eat CC and die, and pre-purifying before going in feels pointless

My suggestions would be either:
- Put a diminishing return on crowd control effects. I should not be able to be silenced, stunned, snared, slowed all at full duration
or
- Give purify that extra second back and see what it does.
