Nevermind these scrubs are hardstuck in Gold in whatever else multiplayer slop they play.
The "thousands of hours" are you enjoying the game, playing it against other people and improving. Not stuck in training mode.
But this has been the mantra against FGs for decades now. They simply refuse to learn.
