I just got unlimited on NAI, so I'm still experimenting. So far I have kept all the AI settings (steps, guidance, etc.) to default. The character prompt I already shared, but the base and undesired for that pic were (obviously not optimal):

I think the biggest difference is adding kahlua alongside eencya like I said here >>8666501. I tried matching many artists alongside eencya but kahlua gave the results of the last couple ones, it's probably giving the dithering.
Compare pic rel (without kahlua) and basically the same prompt but with kahlua >>8666811.
It's probably not the needy_girl_overdose tag because I switched it to serial_experiments_lain for Lain gens to similar results.
