Yeah, I guess this is part of why we needed to verify their destruction before we made a deal. I was always thinking "I really have no idea what kind of nuclear deal would even be effective at preventing them from developing a weapon, since they have the intel needed." and of course Trump just decides to smoke all of the bases before making a deal, or at least that's what I hope.
