>The United States has notified Switzerland that its order of 5 MIM-104 “Patriot” PAC-3 MSE Surface-to-Air Missile Batteries, which was placed with Raytheon in 2022 with deliveries expected to begin in 2026, will be delayed indefinitely, with the systems meant for Switzerland being redirected to support the Ukraine. All currently available “Patriot” Batteries are being expedited for delivery to a number of countries in Europe, including Germany, Norway, and Romania, who will in turn provide systems they currently operate to the Ukraine's Armed Forces.
