you can download the Show FPS and TPS mod or in vanilla turn Dev Mode on in settings and click on the settings button at the top, tick the "Show Tps Counter" option and it'll be on the bottom right side of the screen above weather/temperature
the only downside of doing the dev mode option is you have to re-enable it every time you load a save
