Well I used to go to the gym 5 days a week and do legs and butt three out of those 5 days. I also used to eat a lot since I was lifting. Pic rel what I looked like a few months ago, but I've recently been dieting and lost about 20 lb since this pic. Lately I've just been doing hiit workouts at home and eating less.
