Way to make me feel old you little bastard. That said it was little if anything in the general news about dunecoons. We the people didn't know shit, but apparently the government knew but didn't put the pieces together until it was too late. That's the official story, at this point I'm sure the jews did it just to get us involved in the middle east forever to fight for them. That said I was also 10 when it happened, so I just remember the day and not much leading up to it. I remember a bunch of stuff afterwards, and a lot going more into the Iraq debacle since I was paying more attention. Before 9/11 most people just cared about the constitutionality of Bush's election and hanging chads and all that stuff. The US was super insular and nobody cared about anything abroad, more than today. I grew up in the south and most folks just hated NAFTA because it was making towns close down and everyone lose their jobs.
