It dosnt even need to be classified as bad as hers as you can see this is Emily's hair naturally parting in the wind, emily isn't balding at all she's perfectly fine, same could be said for katchii. Hers may look worse but we all know she's had lighter hair on her corners since childhood. It just goes to show how you will ignore other instances but hard focus on katchii
