These are...as far as I know, EXTREMELY different. English here suggests that Niyaniya is letting them go free while Japanese suggests they're allowed to stay, but should take care when entering. AFAIK JP makes more sense as this was set up as a "safe" place, and it wouldn't make any sense for her to let them all go IMMEDIATELY after this?
