I'd say the thicc of your character is making it quite challenging, but you can try it with tesselation (it's a bit more demanding on the graphics tho...)

the squish comes from the clothing, there are mods who can add it... you can also do your own, but not with bones, rather you manipulate the mesh with blendshapes, you need external software though and it's a bit more tricky...
