The result of the kafka changes have shifted her more towards a detonator for actual DoT carries. Imagine Swan the DPS and Kafka the Robin.
What this means is that instead of the normal dps shit, apparently her new BiS is Eagle + Tutorial for the maximum amount of detonations.
If you can image this means Kafka will still suck in 3.4. But in 3.5 when a new DoT "Dps" releases, she should have new life.
