Because there is a phenomenon in business that goes more or less as following:
>entrepreneurs, investors, whoever make business
>business requires labor
>business has minimal capital so it has to make hires count
>business hires white men
>if business grows there's much more shit to do and it has to remain competitive
>business hires more competent white men
>as business becomes "known" laborers understand the value of their labor and demand higher wages
>people at the top do not understand the value of their labor, will not provide higher wages
>begin laying off the white men
>retain their code, expertise, schematics, whatever
>use wealth and power to slapp anybody from the company who tries to compete
>hire "good enough" replacements that pretty much always means jeets
>in reality the jeets are only good at following rote orders
>things barely function and nothing new is ever innovated (or anything that's new fucking sucks)
>people at the top prepare golden parachutes
>leave company to rot in the hands of incompetent jeets, who just treat it like a giant microcosm of their shit-tier culture
>shit colored men turning their noses up at their wageslaves because they (the managers) are of the bubadubuadubi clan and the wageslaves are merely habadeedeegetoutofmylaboratory lower caste
>federal government steps in at some point
>uses jewish tricks to keep the corporation going for as long as possible
>because if every option for a consumer is shit they will just rely on brand names
