Yeah I guess that might be the meaning. The meme is a little vague in my opinion. I pray that those types of neo-pagans turn to Christ soon. I know of one prominent neo-pagan such as that who is on twitter but I'm not even going to say his name. I think more than anything the root cause of these type of people's rejection of Christ is the sin of pride and the sin of rebellion. They want to be free to do whatever they want. This is referred to as iniquity or lawlessness in the Bible. God have mercy on them.
