I'm not too sure about pixiv, but sometimes a helpful one is to check for any links, if the artist has a patreon or fanbox or fantia inside their bio or profile. I usually check their profile that way in DA. To first be in kemono, they definitely need to have set up a patreon/fanbox already. And if its not yet in kemono but already are on those paywall platforms then you may try your luck to request and have them added to kemono. By the way, don't know why Fantia is knocked out and neither updated or having any new adds.
