I like fallout 2 more better than 1.
The builds you can make are more creative and viable.
I go with an unarmed bloody mess build then switch to big guns when i clear out maripossa.
fallout 2 is more about the regrowth of society after the apocalypse. Theres more cities, dialogue and some political intrigue if you get involved with the factions.
Its the greatest game ever made.
