been obsessing over my lower third lately. thinking of getting a lip lift to shorten my philtrum and make my maxilla look more forward grown, which should make my chin look proportionally less prominent. my friend says id look weird with a shorter philtrum though. any thoughts? should i just save up for a genioplasty instead? what's wrong with my lower third?
