Vshojo is running into the issue where the indie market as a whole has caught up to them in terms of relevance and resources. Vshojo's whole shtick was being a pseudo agency that supports big "indies" however the support they give can be done by just hiring your own manager/assistant to help you with shit which is much more common nowadays with indies. Vshojo has to offer more beyond what their doing to remain competitive and retain members. At least with Hololive in exchange for restrictions, homework, and a cut the talent gets major international deals, access to Cover's 3D studio whenever available, Holofes, etc.
