What is the quickest way to astral project? No lies just give me the technical facts.

Why is there so much misinformation and bogus techniques out there?

Physically humans do it all the time unconsciously so why is it so hard. And this is coming from someone who's consciously wants to project, I can get into deep meditation within 10 minutes and I've done gateway tapes for over 2 weeks.

Is there a surefire technique? Why does everything including astral shit, manifestation etc etc all wishywashy shit. Why can't it just be solid and reliable with defined techniques that work?
