I have to add, additionally the main building, with its inner court with swimming pool, palms and smaller cabins around it, it looks like there's a hidden basement under it all, much larger than the building over ground. The courtyard is obviously designed like that just to hide the huge basement. I guess the basement is as large as the white level courtyard surrounded by walls. The palm trees are not planted into ground, but basically in large "pots".
