How about they make some kind of Single player/co op dungeon crawler where you can just pick a champion and slap some rogue like elements from Arena on top of it.

Wouldn't even need to make a new game just use the existing assets from all those PVE maps they made and will never use again. Instead they spend 15+ years on a fighting game no one is going to play. Its baffling
