I've started to train my kegel muscles by stopping midstream when I pee and holding it for a for a few seconds. It's supposed to make your orgasms stronger and give you the ability to orgasm multiple times. I also plan to start doing reps by flexing my dick with a towel on it. I'll report to you guys in a few months if I see any benefits.
