it's just very comfy having this form of thing that truly is "internet money". not some accounted "asset" on a ledger where you can never feel truly free, no, but effectively real money that you can do whatever with. together with tor, it enables that cyberspace dream where it's effectively its own jurisdiction and you can ignore many stupid laws. i know comfy hold is a common cope, but regardless of price it's just very satisfying to my 'tism to have a "base" form of money that just is money regardless where is came from. it's neat, like having physical gold. it's a money separate from the usual system. in a kinda schizo way monero is totally suitable to being a full blown memecoin but in a very autistic way where the meme is holding this thing and yet the meme is also super real... or something like that, yeah.
