Mechanical d-pads almost never have issues with accidental diagonals. If you want to go a step further for insurance, Gamesir Cyclone 2 and Tarantula Pro (and Super Nova for membrane) have a software toggle to prevent diagonals entirely.
Cyclone 2 also works well on Switch. Most third parties don't bother keeping functional parity for Switch input.

Keep in mind that latency on PC isn't equal to latency on Switch. Cyclone 2's still great, but Bluetooth oddly outperforms wired and most controllers in general perform worse than Switch Pro or joycons.
