"The Jew" as perceived by the antisemite is a social construct or an image created by the antisemite. Sartre had this nailed in the 1940s where he laid out an essay describing antisemites as projecting their own traits onto the Jew. He had an existentialist philosophy that held that people are radically free and can make choices about their situation (like taking responsibility for themselves and their place in the world), but that's scary so people flee from their responsibility, and antisemitism is a way to do that. I see this a lot when people want to do something but they blame the Jews who are somehow trying to stop them or prevent them from doing it. It's like, no, you just suck.

To the extent that Christianity enters into it, it's because Jews have been the "other" against which some Christians define their identity (with Jews held responsible for the death of Christ). It's slightly different among Muslims because Jews didn't kill Muhammad, rather Muhammad debated with the Jews in Medina (like how Jesus debated the Pharisees) and then it turned into a military conflict in which Muhammad expelled the Jews. So, obviously, the Jews defeating Muslims in military conflicts creates its own psychological complex about humiliation at the hands of a hitherto weak people whom Muhammad had dabbed on compared to the superstitious fear of the Jew that you see among these Christians.
