The global elites picked China a long time to take over from America as the world's military and economic hegemon during the 21st century. That's why they helped build it up by giving it most favored nation trading status. The Institute of Pacific Relations, a Roundtable outfit, played a significant role in spreading the rise of communism in China. It was also heavily funded by the Rockefeller Foundation.
