Russia has set up domestic production of Shahed drones in Tatarstan, enabling sustained UAV attacks on Ukraine, Le Monde reports. Assembly is reportedly carried out by hundreds of women recruited from African countries such as Uganda, Mali, Cameroon, Botswana, and Zimbabwe.
