I can surmise no other reasoning or rational for the government of China (aka the family) to allow their own sons to torture animals for pleasure and to promote it publicly and openly online other than to intentionaly create and develope a nation of abhorrent soulless emotionless monsters who must be destroyed like insects before they expand and breed and farther like Enders Game.
