I'm not feeling either of Weissmann's voice actors to be honest, his English one sounds like he's constantly cracking his voice even though he's older, or maybe it's choosing to say bracer 3 times in a few seconds within his unofficial voice introduction that makes him sound weird. His Japanese voice makes him sound like a pedophilic uncle, but not in the pedo priest swag way but one of the fat ojisans that raped Renne kind of way.
