If anyone is dumb enough to sign contract with MoD he should do it with certain unit(aka "пo oтнoшeнию"), with trusted commander and core of reliable officers, where his chances not to be wasted by some dumb nigger with big stars grow radically. But it's not easy too, as these units do not accept slackers and other kind of niggers who join for money alone.
