No retard, there is bin nights every week like every other civilized nation on this planet. Once a month, or once every three months, people place other kinds of garbage/trash out on the street. Here in Australia we call it 'hard garbage'. It's can be fucking cool when you pick up a barely used stereo or a classy old couch that someone has thrown out because grandad kicked the bucket and they can just throw it out instead of having to take it to the tip/dump.
