only place in those 2 that compares is southern italy, huge fucking shithole, I've been to naples, much more dirty than any city here, even the ones with 70 iq albanian jihadis, absolute fucking mess, and its not just the standard "messy tourism" side (thats Rome, its still a developed city tho) its the 3rd world gypsy ghetto style, god Naples is a trashheap, maybe i shoudln't speak for all of south italy tho idk, but naples was definitely en par or even worse
