I heard somewhere that Hiori's PC is 10 years later, at least 25. But I can't confirm it.
Yuika has a line with Kiriko that implies she graduated college so she'd be a bit younger than 25. So Hiori might be done with idoling at that age while Yuika still has time (in their respective scenarios).
