because its not one paraphilia, but at least two and a half. remember that I like toddlers while most pedos (~70%) do not. and then there's the discussion whether hebephilia is part of pedophilia or if its its own paraphilia or if its completely normal because 25% of adult men react to hebephilic stimulus since there's signs of sexual development and the introduction of hebephilia into the DSM-5 at all was incredibly controversial because it was pathologizing normal reproductive responses to sexual development
