They debuted early 2019 or before. I think what you meant to say was that they are low in the hierarchy. The most important thing however is that besides that, all 3 are people that Misao has taken a liking to over the years. Shes not going to write a story on someone shes not close with. Who knows if this time around there will be 1 MC but the people announced for it are the main cast for sure.
