The guy basically made himself a safety net where he couldn't be caught and even if he was there's no way anyone could get him because he'd b e taking down entire infrastructures with him. It's how these traffickers function. I too wish for a world where the Punisher takes a flamthrower to all these pedos but its not gonna happen
