By 2030 China will have the world's most powerful air force, able to win even in a direct fight vs America. Literally the only thing that they would be lacking by 2030, will be tankers, which aren't needed for their regional goals. But even then, China should still have at least 200+ Y-20B tankers, more than enough to extend their range into most of the Asia-pacific.
