Okay, that last part explains things like why the place is still in Gundam Extreme VS is still on Over Boost rather Infinite Boost. If someone was able to take a picture of the arcade machines turned off and another picture of the boot screen, that would likely mean that they have been the one to have turned on the machine themselves.
