The comic was called Mandy, about a dog who liked her owner, Steve. Like liked iykwim. Some strips are in the creator's dA gallery, but he hasn't bothered to reupload all of them after it's site died.

Fun fact - the site's fanart section featured three strips by Simpson about how Mandy accidentally walked in on Steve dressing and "returned the favor" by stripping out of her leash. He didn't care for it btw.
