I have sat in random parking lots for an extended period of time and waiting for people to honk their horns when locking their cars


Then I wait a few seconds and do a quick lock horn back to them


Out of 1000 people only African American women will turn around and look back at the cars. If it’s a white person or another person they only lock their car again or ignore it

What political implications does this help establish in America?
