Metroid Prime 4 will certainly be a good game, and a good metroidvania. HOW good, whether it lives up to the legacy of its predecessors is what remains to be seen

The psychic powers is more creative than what has been demonstrated so far - being able to control trajectory of shots is a cool idea but it slows down the combat significantly and seems like it'll overused with puzzles.
I hope Sylux is worth the wait. I don't even mind if he's a jobber throughout, it's becoming part of his charm, but I want him to have something going on that's interesting and at least answer WHY he's seething so much over Samus
