I absolutely can not figure out how to make explosive concoction of destruction assassin work. I spent 3 hours in POB last night, best I can come up with is xoph's blood full ignite with perfect agony and that's still REALLY not good. And unless I'm totally misunderstanding the flask economy I can't just throw on GV/GMP.
