My predictions:

Guy Jin will remain a background character, and he won't turn out to be Satan or anything. Simply comic relief.
We won't get a direct continuation to Fuck & Furious with the sperm characters again, but we will see some follow-up in the main story. Sperm reaching Panty's eggs will not go unaddressed, no matter what anyone says or wants to believe.
I think the Gayngels probably won't be Panty's kids, but if they are it won't be clear who the father is because there were several tissues, condoms, sex toys, and so on around the bed (not to mention that's probably what her bedroom looks like daily). One cum rag in her bedroom could be from anyone. And since we're always so bad at predicting shows, I bet none of the leading theories will be true. Even if it's a stretch, I think it'll be revealed that it wasn't a human that got her pregnant, but instead the sperm was planted there by God or heaven, similar to how Mary conceived Jesus without a man. Either that or it has nothing to do with the two angels, and that's just what the writers want us to think.
As for the similarities between Brief and the gayngels, like the hair and eyebrows or whatever else anons point out, I genuinely think that's just the art style making them similar, because all three of them are young(looking) boys. It's unlikely they wouldn't share some details in their design. I don't think it means he's the father.
The show will continue to feature character moments and more continuity than season 1, but not by much. Though I have this niggling feeling the show will take a turn around half-way through. I don't know why.
