You're trying to compare your platonic ideal of a "normal human sensory existence" with your current reality where all of your sensory organs are fucked up in different ways but you have no choice in the matter because the alternative is oblivion
There is no perfect sensory experience for everything that exists, everyone is fucked up and doesn't get to see the whole picture for one reason or another, and it just gets worse as life goes on, this is a normal part of life
